  • 3D hinge for casement doors with square shaped zinc alloy body and SS axle.

  • Load carrying capacity of 90 kg. per 3 hinges.

  • The coating thickness is 250 μm.

​

  • The hinge can be adjusted vertically up to 5 mm from the bottom of the frame part.

​

  • The hinge can be adjusted horizontally up to ± 5 mm from the front of the sash part.

​

  • The difference of depths of surface between sash and frame is 17.5 mm, further adjustable by ±2.5 mm from the top of the sash part.

​

  • The locating dowel pins are of ø 5 mm each and should be placed at a distance of 47 mm ± 5 mm from each other.
