• 3D hinge for casement doors with semi-circular shaped zinc alloy body and SS axle.

• Load carrying capacity of 120 kg. per 3 hinges and coating thickness is 250 μm.

​

• The hinge can be adjusted vertically up to 6 mm from the bottom of the frame part.

​

• The hinge can be adjusted horizontally up to ± 5.5 mm from the front end of the sash part.

​

• It can also be further adjusted horizontally from the top of the sash part by ± 2 mm.

​

• The difference of depths of surface between sash and frame is adjustable from 14.9 mm to 16.6 mm.

​

• The locating dowel pins are of ø 5 mm each and should be placed at a distance of 48 mm ± 5.5 mm from each other.
